CROWNS
Crowns are fixed devices that are cemented onto existing teeth or implants. They are used to entirely cover or “cap” a damaged tooth or cover an implant. In addition to strengthening a damaged tooth, crowns can be used to improve a tooth’s appearance, shape, alignment and dental occlusion (bite). Gaps left by missing teeth can cause the remaining teeth to shift, which can result in a bad bite. Crowns help prevent this from happening.
DENTAL VENEERS
Veneers are one of the fastest and most durable ways to transform specific teeth or an entire smile. At Dental Logic we bespoke design each veneer using our digital technology, which makes the process minimally invasive. We are able to produce veneers that are only 0.5mm thick. This makes our dental veneers treatment the gold standard in terms of beauty, longevity and dental protection for suitable candidates.
Typically veneers are used to create a more even smile and are also used ‘non-cosmetically’ to strengthen weakened or chipped teeth in some cases and they can correct multiple issues at once such as worn, filled, uneven or gappy teeth.
As we are coating the natural tooth with the veneer – we create an even smile with stronger and whiter teeth.

This means you are fully aware of what the outcome is before we even start. We are the only practice in the Southwest to do this. You are then in control of the whole process.
How much does it cost?
We have two types of veneers – you have the option of Logic veneers which are composite veneers and are from £400/tooth or porcelain veneers which start from £650/ tooth. We have different finance options available to help spread the cost.

How long do veneers last?
Correctly designed and accurately placed porcelain veneers can last over 10-15 years. They do require regular professional hygiene to ensure the gums remain healthy.

How long does treatment take?
It can take as little as 4 appointments and six weeks from start to finish. For our clients who travel from out of county or with time pressures, we can provide the treatment in a little as 3 days. (Please note this needs to be booked).

Do they damage my teeth?
Traditionally veneers were very destructive to teeth. It required the drilling down of the teeth to make room for the veneers. Sadly this is still done elsewhere by inexperienced dentists. Chris is a pioneer of minimally invasive dentistry and all our veneers are digitally planned and made to ensure the best long term outcome for your health.
