Nicola is our business manager and has been with us since the start in 2008. Her focus is on making sure we deliver the best patient experience possible. She keeps customer care at the heart of our core values and looks after the team’s professional development. Outside of the practice you’ll find Nik charging around on a horse, her bike, or in the water.
